at work we’ve had the same wireless camera system for 2 years now, which we use for all of our live events. basically it’s a regular dvc pro camera hooked up to a backpack system with a big antenna on it. we’ve had issues with since we’ve had it. this week, hopefully, we receive a demo unit for a new one. made by gigawave, a company from the UK, their wireless system was used extensively at the 2008 beijing olympics. i’m told 75% of what you saw at the olympics was wireless, and therefore from this camera system.
